Trearddur Holiday Bungalows |
|
Trearddur Bay is on the north west coast of Anglesey (Yns Mon), all its natural beauty and attractions are easily accessible. The North Wales coast and the breath taking scenery of the Snowdonia National Park are only 30 minutes drive across the Island. Ireland is 99 minutes by high speed ferry from nearby Holyhead (3 miles). Trearddur Bay is an ideal place for you to relax and enjoy a quiet family holiday. There are 2 award winning beaches locally, one in the centre of the bay and the other 1½ miles away at Porth Dafach. Fishing and water sports are very popular in Trearddur Bay and the surrounding area. There is an excellent 18 hole golf course. Close by is South Stack lighthouse which is open to the public from Easter to the end of September. There are over 400 steps leading down to the lighthouse, which makes an excellent vantage point for viewing sea birds nesting on the cliffs. The RSPB's tower also overlooks the cliff with experts on hand to point out and name the different birds you can see.
