Holyhead Golf Club lies one mile from the port — an 18-hole championship course of 6,090 yards, par 71 (5,208 yards, par 72 for ladies), routed over gorse-and-heather terrain with sea glimpses that make club selection harder than it should be. The clubhouse serves bar meals and an à la carte menu for the fuller occasion.
